At IBC 2026, the Emotion Systems team will be showcasing the latest advancements in automated file based audio processing.

Discover our range of new and upcoming modules for our Engine solutions, designed to cut costs, save time, and reduce manual effort through automated high-efficiency workflows for modern broadcast and streaming environments.

Automix: Our Audiomix module enables automatic mixing of multiple input channels into stereo output, removing the need for manual handling. With configurable workflows and presets that combine mixing, channel mapping, and loudness processing, Automix delivers fast, efficient processing, ideal for rapid turnaround and near-instant content delivery.

MGA (with S-ADM): The MGA (with S-ADM) module enables the creation, conversion, mapping, and validation of frame-based audio and immersive metadata within MXF files. It ensures MGA and S-ADM are correctly packaged, synchronised, and fully compliant, supporting reliable, interoperable delivery across broadcast and streaming workflows.

Audio Description: Our Audio Description module provides a simple flexible method for all audio description needs, with customisable fade parameters. Engine reads the control track and adjusts the level of the main audio as determined by the control data, merging the commentary over the adjusted main audio to create audio description and program audio mixes. Where the control track is missing, Engine can be configured to use the commentary track to create a control track, which can then be used to create an audio description and program audio mix.

ADM Renderer: The ADM Renderer converts complex ADM content into deliverable formats with consistent, repeatable results. Designed for scale, it simplifies the processing of immersive audio while maintaining accuracy and reliability across outputs.

Examine: Our powerful Examine module aids the ingest stage, with the ability to automate the identification of source file structure, usually a time consuming and costly process prone to human mistakes. Once identified, Examine can automatically populate metadata and produce XML reports to populate MAM systems for an efficient, cost effective solution.

All Developed in collaboration with customers and their requirements, these modules integrate seamlessly into existing workflows. Combined with Engine Enterprise or Engine Cloud, they enable fully automated audio processing at scale.
